**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering settings, with a proven ability to design and execute large-scale menus. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, overseeing food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including prep cooks and kitchen assistants.
- Design and develop customized menus for various events, catering to diverse client preferences and dietary needs.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and ingredients.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to understand and meet specific event requirements.
- Manage kitchen budget, control costs, and minimize waste.


**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a catering setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu design and food presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
