I am a PSW looking for some work. I am compassionate, kind, I get along with others, I have experience with autism, dementia and Alzheimer's. I get to work on time. I help with basically anything (bath/shower, getting dressed, change briefs, tidy the house.) Or if you just want someone to be a companion for your loved one while you go out to do what you need to do. I do ask them what they are able to do on their own as I think having your independence is very important.
