Description
Responsibilities:

* Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes with consistency and quality.
* Expertly prepare and manage dosa station operations.
* Cook authentic SOUTH INDIAN-style curries, AND snacks, and specialty dishes.
* Prepare Indian breads such as parotta, chapati, naan, and other traditional breads.
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a South Indian Chef.
* Strong knowledge of dosa preparation and South Indian cooking techniques.
* Experience with Kerala cuisine is preferred.
* Ability to prepare Indian breads and manage multiple kitchen tasks.
* Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
