Remote Customer Service Representative
Pay: \$40 per hour, \$600 weekly (based on 15 hours per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues from a remote location.
Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide product and service information.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Maintain customer records.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
