We are looking to add a full time, Monday to Friday administration assistant.
Duties:
Payments, VISA/Mastercard, Bank PAD accounts, must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Invoices: We have over 2500 clients that need to be invoiced by the 4 of each month, it is long days in front of the screen.
Routes: our system works itself, but we do have the odd client complaint that needs to be sent to the dispatch for review and for them to advise the client.
Sales: some basic knowledge of your clients costs but send them to sales and they can take care of it.
We will teach you, we want someone who wants to grow with our company, many big things are ahead of us, and we want someone who wants to be there with us.
Quickbooks, Trashflow, Excel and some general accounting is a must.
Clear fluent English. Written and reading.
