Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work on construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on HVAC experience, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and quality on site.
Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC crews on active construction sites
Read and interpret drawings and schematics
Ensure work meets safety codes, building standards, and quality requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
Monitor progress, timelines, and workmanship
Train and guide team members as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Supervisor
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices
Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks
Familiarity with construction drawings and site coordination
HVAC or related certifications preferred but not required
