Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Level 3 qualified Director (2 ) to lead our early years setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring high-quality care, education, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support

Oversee daily operations of the centre

Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements

Develop and maintain a high-quality learning environment

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Manage planning, observations, and assessments

Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood / Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Passion for early childhood education
