Looking for a permanent fulltime employee to work on a modern, mixed grain, poultry and hog operation in the Niverville, Manitoba area.
Reporting to the farm owner, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the farm.
• Must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
• Asset to be familiar with operating modern farm machinery.
• Duties to include maintaining and operating fertilizer, manure application, tillage, seeding, spraying, harvest and yard maintenance equipment.
• Asset to have a Class 1 drivers license or a willingness to obtain.
• Asset to have welding experience.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as work well with others.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends during seeding and harvest.
• Would be an asset to live in close proximity to the area or be willing to relocate to area.
