We are a group of physicians in Toronto's West End, located near the Bloor and Islington subway station.
We are looking for a friendly receptionist/medical office administrator who is able to multitask and deal with a rapidly changing environment.
The duties would include answering phones, managing faxes, referrals, scheduling patients, collecting payment/invoicing, keeping the exam rooms stocked and ready, checking in patients, placing them in rooms and checking vitals. The qualitifed individual would also need to be comfortable with drawing blood and giving injections.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and resourceful, who is punctual, reliable, professional, compassionate and who can problem solve independently, in a busy, changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written skills are also required.
We are looking for someone with MOA certification or 5 years of clinical experience. Pay would start at $21/hour, with a 30 minute paid lunch, and would be reviewed regularly for increases and/or bonuses.
