We're a Manitoba-based construction company working on large projects across the province, including northern communities. Work is consistent and ongoing, not short-term or seasonal.

Duties include:
• General site labour and cleanup
• Moving and handling materials
• Assisting crews and other trades
• Helping with siding, insulation, flooring, and interior work

Pay depends on experience. No overtime, but hours are steady.

For out-of-town projects, all travel, accommodation, and food are fully covered. You don't have to worry about logistics — just show up ready to work.

No experience required. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and show up every day, there's room to grow. Driver's license is a strong asset.
