Looking for a casual cleaner to come by every now and then to help me with general cleanup.

Located in scarborough, close to hwy 401 and Warden Ave (Warden & Sheppard)

Casusl cleaning of a smsll bungalow
(Mainly need the living room area cleaned.
Washroom and bedroom can also be discussed)

● Must be alright with being in a pet household (pets wont be present went cleaning)

● Must be ok with cleaning up pet messes (not pee or poo) but like, sweeping up around a cat litter robot for example, or sweeping floor around a bunny cage.

What the cleaning consists of:

LIVING ROOM:
- sweep floor (dust, under sofa, any scattered cat litter, and any scattered bunny bedding or hay)
- take garbage out
- wipe dust off shelves
- vaccuum floor if needed
- vaccuum sofa
- mop floor (hardwood and kitchen floor)
- maybe general tidy up (like put some stuff in closets or something)



KITCHEN (optional):
- maybe dishes (dishwasher can be used also)

BATHROOM (optional):
- sweep floor
- mop floor
- wipe sink counter
- vaccuum the little rug

BEDROOM (optional)
- sweep and mop floor
- possibly hang up clean laundry

● Any time of day or night is fine (flexible, can come by at whatever times convenient for u)

● its a pretty quick job. the living room shouldnt take more than 1 hour. Even if cleaning the other rooms, the entire thing should not take more than 2 hours max.

● can be a regular thing, every 2 weeks or so, maybe weekly.

● the house itself is a small bungalow. So the rooms arent big.

Cleaning gloves, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, vaccuum, and anything else can be provided for you to use.

Home occupant (a female and a male) will be home while you clean (but wont bother you)
There are also 4 tenants (two couples) present here as well downstairs, and there are also security cameras on both outside and inside.

Regarding pay,
I can pay $80 for just the living room, or $130 with the other rooms.

Again, this is a really casual, easy clean up. More of a tidy up than a cleaning.
The rooms arent that messy. Its mainly sweeping, mopping, and takin the garbage out tbh.
