Job Title: Online Pre-Recorded Course Instructor (Native English Speaker)

Compensation: $35 per hour (per recorded session)

About the Role
We are seeking confident and engaging native English-speaking educators to join our team as Online Pre-Recorded Course Instructors. The successful candidates will create high-quality, pre-recorded video lessons for international students studying subjects such as General English, Business English, Test Preparation, and other academic or professional courses.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy presenting on camera and creating structured, engaging content for digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and script lesson content based on provided curriculum or outlines.
• Record clear, high-quality pre-recorded video lessons in a professional or clean home-studio environment.
• Deliver lessons in an engaging, organized, and learner-friendly manner.
• Ensure lessons meet pedagogical standards and are culturally appropriate for international learners.
• Collaborate with the academic and content team to review and improve materials.
• Meet agreed recording and submission timelines.
Requirements
• Native English speaker (mandatory client requirement).
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or training experience preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet recording space.
• Basic familiarity with using a camera, microphone, and lighting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• TESOL teaching certification.
• Experience creating or teaching pre-recorded online courses.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms or LMS systems.
