Homestay Company Canada in partnership with an established education provider in China, is recruiting motivated individuals for a 5-month Tutoring and Substitute Teaching Internship Program. This opportunity is ideal for students (18 ) or individuals currently in university or taking a gap period who wish to gain international teaching experience while exploring Chinese culture.

This program offers hands-on classroom exposure, professional training, and ongoing support. No prior teaching experience is required.

What You Will Do

Provide one-on-one tutoring to students

Serve as a classroom substitute teacher in Kindergartens, Primary, Middle, or High Schools

Assist with basic lesson delivery and classroom management

Participate in orientation and training sessions

Represent the program professionally at assigned schools

Teaching Hours:

20 hours per week total

Classroom substitute days run from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and count as 4 teaching hours per day.

Who Should Apply

Fluent English speakers

Requirements

Fluent English proficiency

Valid passport

Police clearance or non-criminal record

Good health
