We're currently seeking an experienced AZ Driver who's ready to step off the road and into a stable, professional teaching role as a Commercial Driving Instructor.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on instruction (yard, road, and in-cab training)
- Teach safe, compliant commercial driving practices
- Assess student performance and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Uphold Ontario Ministry of Transportation standards
- Mentor and guide students as they enter the trucking industry

Required Qualifications
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's License
- 5 years of consecutive, insured commercial driving experience
- Clean Driver Abstract with a strong safety record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Russian

Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous instructor, trainer, or mentor experience
- Experience coaching new or entry-level commercial drivers
- Additional languages (Persian considered an asset)
