McWilliam Farms is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team full-time, year-round. We are a family-run grain farm.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Operation of farm equipment including:
Tractors
Seeders
Sprayers
Grain carts
Semi and grain trailer
Grain hauling and loading
Equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and repairs
General yard, bin, and shop maintenance

Qualifications & Experience:
Farm experience required
Class 1 license preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Able to work long days during seeding and harvest when required

Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, year-round position
Flexible schedule during off-season
Longer hours and weekends required during busy seasons
Competitive salary based on experience
