Responsibilities are as follows;
- working line cook that will help run and operate all areas of the kitchen.
- ensures the quality and consistency of food served and ultimately that all customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- ensures the kitchen is clean at the beginning during and end of each shift.
- Weekly/daily food orders
- Inventory
REQUIRMENTS:
- minimum 1 to 2 years of operation experience and a high-volume kitchen
-Food safe certified.
- Experience with projection and management of food cost labor variable cost and pars.
- Good communicator with the ability to build relationships
-Strong problem solver.
-Works well in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
-Loves a challenge.
- Is open to coaching and has a good sense of humor

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00 -$22.00/hour
