We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Office Administrator / Front Desk Support to join our team. Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
• Support management with daily office tasks

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous office experience is an asset but not required
