Job Summary:
Wage: $38.50-$40.50/ per hour, 40hrs shift - Mon-Fri.
We are seeking an experienced Manager in Transportation to oversee our logistics and transportation operations. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with air safety regulations and company policies.

Key Duties:
- Develop and implement air safety regulations and company policies.

Plan, organize, direct, control the daily operation, arranging and monitoring the transportation and movement of goods

- Manage logistics staff and schedules

- Ensure compliance with safety standards

- Monitor department's performance, prepare reports for Operations management

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year experience in transportation management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Including at least 1 year in a leadership role as team lead.

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods transportation regulations considered an asset.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
