We are currently seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy supporting daily operations and being the first point of contact for clients, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Manage appointments and schedules
• Perform data entry and maintain records
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous administrative or front desk experience is an asset but not required
