We are a busy and well-established property management company seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and responding to emails

Handling tenant inquiries and requests

Data entry, filing, and document management

Assisting with rent records, invoices, and reports

General office support and administrative duties

Requirements:

Previous office administration experience (property management experience is an asset)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
