We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Site Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Location: Georgetown Marketplace Mall
Position Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

General property maintenance (interior and exterior)

Light repairs and basic handyman work

Cleaning and upkeep of common areas

Garbage removal and snow clearing (seasonal)

Monitoring building conditions and reporting issues

Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

Ability to lift heavy items when required

Self-motivated and dependable

Available for flexible hours, including some weekends if needed
