Job Title: Real Estate Office Admin - Calling requirements
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday half day if required)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible – results-oriented role)
Compensation: Base Salary $2000/Month Attractive Commission Structure

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and flexible Real Estate & Mortgage Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while actively supporting sales and mortgage processes. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in making calls, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
This is a performance-focused position — not just completing hours, but understanding the best times to connect with clients and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Client Communication
• Calling new and existing leads daily
• Providing project details to clients clearly and confidently
• Continuous follow-up with prospects
• Scheduling meetings and booking property showings
• Sending professional follow-up emails
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
CRM Management
• Using CRM software efficiently
• Updating CRM daily with accurate notes and follow-ups
• Tracking leads, appointments, and deal progress
Mortgage Administration
• Communicating with mortgage clients
• Collecting and organizing required mortgage documents
• Coordinating with lenders, brokers, and clients
• Following up on mortgage applications
Real Estate Coordination
• Calling brokerages when required
• Communicating with other real estate team members
• Assisting with transaction coordination
• Managing listings and showing schedules
Social Media & Marketing
• Daily posting on Instagram and Facebook
• Creating Canva posts when needed
• Managing basic social media engagement and inquiries
Office Management
• Handling daily office administrative tasks
• Managing workflow and ensuring smooth operations
• Taking ownership of responsibilities like a manager
