We are a busy auto body repair shop in Brampton looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the shop’s calendar
• Prepare and update work orders, invoices, and customer files
• Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repairs
• Handle payments and maintain records
• Support the shop team with administrative tasks

Requirements
• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in an office/admin role (automotive industry experience is an asset but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computers (MS Office, email, scheduling software)
• Reliable and punctual
