THE ROLE
Full-Time position as Accounting and Administrative Assistant
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable including Invoice processing, vendor maintenance, expense reports, payment processing, etc.
Accounts Receivable consisting of: Invoice processing, deposit preparation, customer maintenance, receivable collections, etc.
Month end accounting support, government remittances, other accounting related tasks.
General administrative and office duties including reception, telephone administration, other duties and responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Attention to detail along with strong problem-solving skills
1-2 years accounting experience is required
SAP experience
Post-secondary education in Accounting is required
Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset
COMPENSATION
