PART TIME CAREGIVER IN MORINVILLE

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our family. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in private residence. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for two young adults, a woman 27 and a man 25, with varying needs, including those requiring some mental challenges. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family members.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive function.
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure each client's specific needs are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments, nursing homes, or hospice care is a plus.
- Skills in meal preparation and basic housekeeping are beneficial.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- A compassionate nature with strong communication skills is essential for building rapport with clients and their families.
