Qualifications:
- 3 years cabinet installation experience or related trade
- Outgoing and positive attitude of enthusiasm
- High level of integrity and ability to react appropriately under pressure
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Independent decision maker
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Overall Responsibility:
Required to travel to clients houses and install cabinets according to work order. Operate and maintains a variety of tools that are used to fabricate and install cabinets and laminate countertops.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide all customers with friendly and helpful service
- Installs cabinets and all components required for each job as specified on work order
- Fabrication and installation of laminate countertops
- Operates and maintains all electric, battery, pneumatic or hand tools related to cabinet installation
- Responsible for the safety, maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the vehicles used in cabinet delivery
- Responsible for the proper safety, organization and cleanliness of all job sites and Adora facilities
- Ensures Adora quality standards are met for all cabinet installation
- Prepares and packages cabinets as required
- Works overtime as required
- Any various duties given by an active manager

Experience Required:
Completion of Grade 12
Valid Drivers License
First Aid and GHS (WHIMIS) training an asset
Experience operating various electric, battery, pneumatic and hand tools an asset
