Applicants should be proficient in all arears of residential construction and have
• high attention to detail,
• strong interpersonal skills,
• strong organizational skills,
• ability to meet deadlines and
• work with minimal supervision.

The successful applicant would be the primary coordinator of all the construction duties and activities.
Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in residential construction
• Familiar with Part 9 of the Residential Building Code
• Strong organizational skills
• Safety training & understanding of safety legislation
• Excellent understanding blueprints, purchase orders

Duties include (but not limited to) the following:
• Managing jobsites (single family and townhomes)
• Coordinating trade and suppliers work
• Managing trades and suppliers (delivering PO’s)
• Carpentry work and cleaning
• Client walkthroughs (prior to possession and after possession)
• Post possession walkthroughs and service calls
