My name is Conor Brown and I'm a professional guitarist, producer, and teacher. My one-on-one private lessons are custom tailored to your specific needs and goals. From learning to read music or learning to play by ear, from technique to theory, songwriting, recording, improvising, or singing and playing at the same time, I will guide you towards achieving your goals as quickly as possible. Whether you're a total beginner, an intermediate/advanced musician looking to improve your skills, or an aspiring producer, I've got you covered. Styles of music include (but are not limited to) rock, classical, pop, electronic, blues, country, funk, and more. Tell me what you want from your lessons and I'll make it happen!

-NOISY ENVIRONMENT (do you want to hear the horns next door or drums across the hall while you're trying to learn?)
-No direct contact with your teacher
-Inflexible scheduling, sometimes you have to forfeit lessons if you can't reschedule
-Teachers' experience ranges from nothing to decades, so you might be someone's first student ever
-Their studios most likely do not have a proper sound system and acoustic treatment
-Is there parking? I have parking!
-Is there a cute dog? I have a cute dog!

-I have over 20 years of teaching experience, and I hold a Bachelor of Music in guitar performance from the University of Toronto

-I can learn and transcribe music on the spot with 100% accuracy (many online tabs and videos are WRONG!)
-I can prepare you for auditions, exams, or any type of performance...including campfire sing-alongs :) I've done it all so I'll have you ready for anything!
