We are currently hiring Budtenders (Key Leads) to join our growing team in South London. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in a fast-growing retail environment.

—Position Details—
Full-time: 44 hours per week
Salary: $38,000 CAD per year
Start Date: April 1
Location: South London

—Responsibilities—
High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including detailed cleaning at opening/closing depending on the shift.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
Guide customers with product selection based on their needs
Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
Follow all store policies and regulatory requirements
Verify customer ID and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Assist with inventory and restocking

—Requirements—
CannSell Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
Previous retail or cannabis experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and professional attitude
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Candidates must not have criminal background or active charges or relevant convictions
