Office Manager Position – Air Ivanhoe
Air Ivanhoe is looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team for the 2026 season! Ivanhoe Lake / Foleyet, Ontario.
Position Details:
Start Date: May 2026
End Date: November 2026
Schedule: 40 hours per week (guaranteed)
50-60 hours per week available.
Wage: Starting at $24/hour plus holiday and sick pay.

Responsibilities:
Managing daily office operations
Coordinating bookings and customer communications
Handling emails, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
Supporting lodge and flight operations as needed

Comfortable with email and basic computer systems
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Work Environment:
