We are currently hiring painters and crew managers/production managers for the spring and summer of 2026. Positions are full-time and part-time and can lead to potential growth within the company, along with the opportunity to kick-start career experience in management. We strive to create the best company culture possible through both hard work and enjoying various company trips throughout the summer. Although it is an asset, no previous painting experience is required as we thoroughly train every team member.


Painter: For this position, we look for the individual with great attention to detail, coachability, and work ethic. This is a great opportunity to not only be paid based on your performance but also gain valuable skills and enjoy the perks of working an outdoor job.


Crew manager: In addition to painting, this position would give an individual leadership experience in helping to manage a crew of 2-3 people. Crew managers are responsible for making sure projects run smoothly and team members find satisfaction in their work. Ask to be considered if you think this would be a good fit.


Production Manager: Alongside Crew Manager and painting, this position will provide more detailed leadership and management skills towards painters and crew managers in the district. Concurrently taking on the responsibility of quality, craftsmanship, sales, customer service, training, and overall production for multiple projects as the season progresses. Qualifications:
-Although having your own vehicle isn't necessary, having access to one is a benefit, as reliable transportation to and from job sites is a requirement
-Able to work a majority of the summer
-Physical ability to move ladders and other equipment around during the summer
-Attention to detail and finishing projects to the highest quality
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- A Positive attitude is a must


Compensation:
-Potential to make up to $25/hour depending on efficiency and quality of work
