**Safety & Compliance Coordinator – Trucking Company**

We are currently seeking a **Safety & Compliance Coordinator** to join our growing trucking company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of transportation regulations and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal transportation regulations
* Monitor driver logs, HOS (Hours of Service), and safety records
* Conduct safety audits and inspections
* Maintain and update compliance documentation
* Assist with driver onboarding, orientation, and training
* Investigate incidents and prepare reports
* Communicate with regulatory agencies when required

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in trucking safety/compliance (preferred)
* Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA or Canadian NSC regulations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
