TRIAGE / RECEPTIONIST
FULL-TIME SEASONAL

Combine World, a division of All State Ag Parts, is an established agricultural organization that focuses on selling used equipment, parts, and in-house manufactured products.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable people with an administration background to join to our team. This position is seasonal; there is the possibility to advance to a full-time permanent position with additional responsibilities for the right person. We are a fun, high-spirited group of people who enjoy what we do and pride ourselves on the organization we are building. Experience is not required but is an asset. There is opportunity for overtime and on-the-job training will be provided.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Responsibilities:
• Ability to work under pressure. This is a fast-paced position. Ability to work under pressure is an asset
• Communicating with walk-in customers
• Knowledge of computers and general programs like Word and Excel
• Invoicing customers and taking payments
• Assisting Sales staff when needed

Hours:
• Peak season (harvest, typically mid-July to early October): Four 10-hour shifts (4-10's), with opportunity for overtime on weekends
• Rest of year: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (5-8's)

Pay:
• $17/hr to start

Contract length:
• May to October; possible extension available for qualified candidates
