Oxcadice is a growing brand focused on skincare products, consultations, and holistic beauty solutions. We're on a mission to build a trusted, recognizable presence in the digital space—and we're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Creator to help lead that journey.
Role Overview
You will own Oxcadice's organic social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and more. Your goal is to build a strong brand voice, grow an engaged audience, and position Oxcadice as a trusted name in skincare and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals
* Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, short-form videos, carousels, etc.)
* Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms
* Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
* Monitor trends and leverage them to increase reach and engagement
* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
* Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
* Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling

✅ Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation
* Strictly Canadian
* Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
* Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends
* Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, visuals, short-form video)
* Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
* Passion for skincare, beauty, or wellness is a plus

Compensation (Weekly)
* $200 – $600 per week (based on experience and performance)
* Opportunity for performance-based bonuses as the brand grows
* Flexible remote work setup
