We are hiring a Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at INS Market, located inside Ottawa General Hospital. This role is ideal for someone reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Part-Time (Weekends)
Location: INS Market, Ottawa General Hospital
Pay: Minimum wage

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and product information
• Handle lottery sales, validate tickets, and manage lottery transactions responsibly
• Stock shelves and ensure products are well-organized and properly displayed
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock
• Maintain cleanliness and general organization of the store floor

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Lottery experience is an asset (training can be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable and punctual
