PAWS is a kennel-free dog daycare in NW Calgary, where every dog gets a real
adventure pack walk and a supervised, structured day — no crates, no cages,
no exceptions. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes our work with dogs
seriously while still having fun doing it. If you're someone who genuinely
loves dogs, thrives outdoors in any weather, and wants to learn from a team
with 16 years of hands-on experience, we'd love to meet you.

POSITION: Part-Time Pack Leader
LOCATION: Calgary, AB (NW)
PAY: $15–$17/hr
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining a clean, safe environment for our canine clients and their owners
• Providing top-notch customer service across all our services, including
daycare, grooming, and pet supplies
• Checking dogs in and out, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth
transition from daycare to owner
• Conducting daily dog walks
• Updating our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) with fun and engaging
content
• Upholding our high sanitation standards through regular cleaning duties
• Handling dogs with a professional, assertive attitude
• Performing any other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and ages
• Ability to conduct multiple daily pack walks of 45–60 minutes each
• A commitment to providing exercise, discipline, and affection to our canine
clients
• Previous dog daycare experience is a plus, but not required
