Description
We are a specialized structural construction company operating under the brand Wall Remover®, focusing exclusively on load-bearing wall removal and beam installation across the GTA.
We are not a general contractor. We handle high-value, fast-paced structural projects that typically complete within 1–3 days.
We are currently hiring a Client Intake & Sales Coordinator to manage all incoming leads, qualify clients, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
This is a critical front-line role directly tied to company revenue and growth.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries (Google, Instagram, website)
Respond to new leads quickly and professionally
Ask structured questions to qualify potential clients
Schedule site visits for qualified prospects
Track all leads and interactions in CRM (HubSpot)
Follow up with clients (quotes, pending decisions, etc.)
Maintain organized records of all communications
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (clear English, confident on the phone)
Highly organized and responsive
Ability to handle multiple conversations and prioritize
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and professionals
Basic understanding of construction or willingness to learn quickly
Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
This Role Is NOT:
Not a passive receptionist position
Not just answering calls
Not a slow or repetitive admin job
This role requires someone who can think, respond, and take ownership.
Compensation:
Base: $18–$25/hour (depending on experience)
Performance bonus available based on qualified bookings and conversions
Opportunity for growth into a larger operational or sales role
Work Environment:
Based in [Your City – e.g., Aurora / Richmond Hill / GTA]
Combination of remote and in-office work (flexible depending on candidate)
