Automotive Customer Service Representative
Location: Pelletier’s Autobody

About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and energetic Customer Service Representative to be the face of our office. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and our service and sales teams, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Concierge: Greet customers entering the office in a welcoming and helpful manner.
Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, book service appointments, and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
Service Liaison: Work closely with the service manager and technicians to keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status.
Satisfaction Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction and monitor survey results.
Administrative Support: Maintain customer databases, process payments, and ensure the lobby/office area is clean and organized.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn automotive CRM software.
Attributes: High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
