Forklift Counterbalance Operator – Warehouse

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Forklift Counterbalance Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating a counterbalance forklift, understands warehouse workflows, and can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials
• Perform material handling tasks including palletizing, staging, and organizing inventory
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Follow all health & safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Conduct pre‑operational checks and report any equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required



Requirements

• Valid Forklift Counterbalance License (external or in‑house accepted depending on employer)
• Minimum 5 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills



Shift & Pay

• Shift: Morning
• Hours: 730 am to 430 pm
• Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr depending on experience)
