Job Overview
Sushi 4 U Lake Shore is looking for an experience Sushi Chef to join our team at Lakeshore location (near Humber Lakeshore Campus). We are seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities

Preparesushi, sashimi, and rolls dishes with attention to presentation and quality standards
Cut and handle fish and other ingredients safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Manage prep work and keep the station organized
Able to handle the sushi station independently
Work efficiently during busy hours
Experience

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic English communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Work Schedule

Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Sunday
