Job duties:
Plan, direct and evaluate the activates of wholesale and retail;
Develop long-term business strategies that align with the customer and company long-term goals;
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales;
Develop, determine annual strategic business plans and budgets, monitor revenues and expenses;
Create, develop, and maintain a professional working relationship with long-lasting customers;
Deliver account gross margin and volume targets by effectively managing current business as well as building new category volume;
Prospect new business opportunities through new category development and new product initiatives;
Manage all aspects of the key account function including pricing and promotional plans, new product presentations.
Additional Requirement:
3 years selling experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing key accounts or distributors
Initiating Action & responds quickly
Strong track record of excellence in achieving sales and margin targets
Dependable and team oriented with a proven ability to build internal and external relationships
Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
