Position Details:
• Shift: Morning and Evenings
• 32–40 hours per week for full-time
• 17–24 hours per week for part-time
• Availability: Must be available on weekends

Job Description:
Harvey's at 410 King street North,Waterloo is currently hiring Part-time or Full-time associates for closing shifts until 3:00 AM. If you are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working late nights, we would love to hear from you!

Job Duties:
You’re passionate about grill marks and having the perfect golden bun
Must demonstrate great communication skills
Must adhere to brand standards, food safety and health & safety policies
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment


• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately take and process customer orders (in-store and drive-thru)
• Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Prepare, verify, and pack mobile app orders and online orders such as UberEats, SkipTheDishes and DoorDash with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter and dining area
• Prepare and assemble burgers and menu items according to Harvey’s standards
• Ensure accuracy and presentation of each order, including delivery and takeout orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Work efficiently during busy closing hours
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties
• Support team members as needed
• Ensure all delivery orders are complete, correctly labeled, and ready for pickup by drivers

Requirements
• Must have own transportation (closing shifts may end late)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in food service is an asset, but not required
