What You'll Do

Cut fabric according to patterns and specifications using manual cutting tools
Read and interpret pattern layouts to minimize fabric waste
Inspect fabric for flaws, grain alignment, and quality before cutting
Maintain accurate cut counts and bundle garments for the sewing team
Keep the cutting area clean, organized, and safe
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a fabric cutter in an apparel or textile environment (preferred)
Familiarity with straight knives, band saws, die cutters, or automated cutting systems
Ability to read patterns and follow technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to hit the ground running
Available immediately or on short notice
