We’re Hiring: Administrative Staff
Location: 320 39 AVE SE Calgary, AB | Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Start Date: Immediate

Are you organized, detail-driven, and great with people? Join our team as an Administrative Staff member and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Manage office communications: phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Handle filing, data entry, and records management
Support accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist team members with general administrative support
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma minimum; diploma in Office Admin or related field is a plus
1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace — Excel skills are a big plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Professional, reliable, and a positive team player
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
