For sale a 2009 White Bliss Rug Hooking Cutter with #3 blade. The cutter has been taken apart and cleaned and oiled . It works with no problems and I've shown the blade cutting so you know it cuts. There are a few small paint chips which doesn't affect it's cutting ability. The wrench is not included. You will need a 9/16 wrench to change blades if you buy extra blades. $410.
