Family-owned, 2-bay heavy-duty shop in South Edmonton. We work on trucks, trailers, and equipment. Fast-paced, no-nonsense environment with real growth potential.

What you’ll do:
Lead daily shop operations (workflow, scheduling, quality control)
Diagnose & repair trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
Manage and support technicians on the floor
Communicate directly with customers (no hand-holding)
Keep jobs profitable and moving—no bottlenecks
What we expect:
Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic (Journeyman required)
Strong diagnostics (not just parts replacer)
Leadership experience (or proven ability to step into it)
Can handle pressure, deadlines, and difficult jobs
Takes ownership—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
