Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Helper to join our sign installation team. The Helper will assist the Lead Installer in the installation, maintenance, and removal of various types of signage. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading signs, tools, and materials from the installation truck
Prepare and organize equipment and materials for each job site
Aid in the installation of signs, ensuring they are level, secure, and visually appealing
Perform basic construction tasks such as digging holes, pouring concrete, and assembling sign structures
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment under the guidance of the Lead Installer
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in the removal and disposal of old or damaged signs
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred:

Previous experience in construction, installation, or a related field
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts
