Freed & Freed International Ltd. is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. We are hiring for the following roles:
• Fabric Cutter
• Pressing Machine Operator (Apparel)
• Sewing Machine Operator

Fabric Cutter
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately cut textiles and materials based on provided specifications and markers
• Interpret cutting slips and pattern layouts effectively
• Adjust cutting techniques according to fabric type and garment style
• Collaborate with team members to support overall production goals
• Meet or exceed established production targets
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail in all work
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of fabric cutting experience in apparel manufacturing
• Proficiency with industrial cutting methods and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pressing Machine Operator (Apparel)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate industrial steam pressing equipment for garments such as blazers, coats, and outerwear
• Perform under pressing and/or final pressing according to specifications
• Adjust machine settings, including temperature and pressure, based on fabric requirements
• Ensure all garments meet company quality and finishing standards
• Work independently while maintaining productivity targets
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
 
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of pressing experience in apparel manufacturing
• Experience operating industrial steam pressing equipment
• Knowledge of garment finishing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent quality

Sewing Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
• Sew garment components according to production specifications
• Assemble garment sections into finished products
• Ensure all work meets established quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete garments efficiently
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of sewing experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines
• Strong understanding of garment construction
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment
