Description
We are a growing Glambot rental company building our on-site event team for 2026 and are looking to hire on-call Event Directors to operate our Glambot red carpet video booth during live events. This role is event-based (not part-time or full-time) and ideal for confident, people-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced event environments.

Position Structure
- Each event requires 3 Directors working together
- Open to: Solo applicants, 2 Person Team or Groups of 4 who can rotate availability
- Current bookings: ~1 event per month (scaling once team is finalized)
- Events scheduled 3–4 weeks in advance
- Pay $40 per hour, per person
- Minimum 3.5 hours per event (Typically 3.5 – 4 hours per booking)

Role Breakdown

Director 1 – Guest Experience / Red Carpet
- Interact with guests on the red carpet
- Guide guests through the Glambot experience
- Help with posing, confidence, and movement
- Ensure guests leave happy with their video
- Strong multitasking and communication required

Director 2 – Glambot Operator
- Operate and manage the Glambot machine
- Ensure smooth, continuous operation
- Maintain a high-quality guest experience
- Coordinate closely with Director 1

Director 3 – Queue Manager
- Ensure the crowd around the booth is not disrupting the flow of traffic in the venue
- Direct the crowd to sign up using the mobile queue
- Manage a small physical line-up for non-tech savvy guests
- Notify guests on the mobile queue to ensure consistent traffic at the booth
- Help prepare guests for the red carpet by providing pose ideas & general instructions

All three roles are active, on-your-feet positions for the duration of service hours. Each Director will be cross-trained to handle all 3 roles.

Event Process
1) 3–4 weeks before event: Date & time request sent
2) You have 3 days to confirm availability
3) Booking details shared upon confirmation
Event day:
1) Arrive at venue
2) Locate Glambot setup
3) Power on & prep 15 minutes before active time
4) Confirm start with Event Manager
5) Confirm completion with Event Manager once service ends

Who Should Apply
- Confident, professional, and personable
- Comfortable engaging with large groups
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Reliable and punctual (live client events)
- Flexible availability with advance notice
- Event, hospitality, brand ambassador, or performance experience is a plus
- Ability to think quickly, problem solve and improvise when needed
