I run a performance marketing agency in the GTA (ohms.marketing). I'm building a mobile detailing operation and I'm looking for one experienced detailer who already has their own van and equipment to be the operator side of the business.
What I bring:
- Lead generation through Google Ads and local SEO
- Booking system, online payment, automated customer follow-up
- Brand, website, Google reviews engine
- Customer service so you're not fielding calls during a job
- Track record running ads for service businesses, case studies on request

What you bring:
- Van or cargo vehicle, fully equipped (water tank or onboard supply, pressure washer, polishers, vacuum, supplies)
- 1 years mobile or shop detailing experience
- Clean record, professional appearance, reliable
- GTA / Hamilton / Halton based
- Willing to operate under a shared brand

Structure: open to a revenue split or hourly plus bonus, depends on the person. We work the deal out on a call once we've both seen each other's setup.
